Regardless of the scope of your project, we follow a general process that has proven to be successful over the years. First, we find out what you seek to accomplish. You may come to me with a set of drawings or sketches that I can work from, or you may want my ideas and help in creating the design. Once I have a clear understanding of what your project involves, I will provide a proposal that includes the total costs and estimated project completion period from start to finish. During this stage you may want to make final changes from the original concept and the adjustments can be made as needed.
Once you are happy with the design idea and price, we will sign a contract. I take pride in providing detailed construction agreements that clearly set forth what we will do, what materials we will use and a final project completion schedule. I will be in charge of obtaining permits, scheduling, overall job supervision and quality control. Our goal is to make the experience for the homeowner the best that it can be!
